According to BBC, Glasgow Rangers are close to completing the deal to sign Tottenham 17-year-old striker Mickey Moore on loan.

The 17-year-old was unanimously regarded as one of the most dazzling new stars in English football and was determined to make his temporary transfer to the Scottish Premier League club promote his development. The deal still needs a medical check and will include an extension of Moore's contract with Tottenham, allowing him to spend the entire season at Ibrox.
