In a podcast, former Manchester United analyst Tom Green talked about the previous Manchester United coaches he worked with. He said that Mourinho has a strong aura.
Tom Green, who has worked with Mourinho, Solskjaer, Rangnick, ten Hag and Amorim, left Manchester United earlier this year to reunite with Solskjaer at Besiktas.
Tom Green said: "Mourinho is a visualist. He used to use what he called a 'Photoshop report', which had 90-100 images to analyze the data. He used to conduct all the tactical meetings himself and only had to watch the video once to remember all the details. I have never seen anyone walk into the room with such a strong sense of His aura and presence, he was very, very good at halftime, concise and clear."
Talking about Ten Hag, Tom Green said: "I learned a lot of tactical knowledge from Ten Hag. He is very, very meticulous. Sometimes I lose my gentle side because he is always talking about football, football, football. I have a lot of face-to-face communication with him about football."
