Yorkecres has confirmed joining Arsenal and starting training, and Jonathan Chakias is one of the agents managing the career of Swedish players. He made multiple accusations in an interview with WTV and explained many of the players' actions throughout the negotiation process.
Chachias: "If Hugo Viana was still in Portugal Sports, the deal would be completed within an hour. Everything was written, but we didn't have time to play a legal battle. I don't understand why a player who scored so many goals and won three trophys didn't get more respect."
He also revealed that the idea of letting players absent from training was actually proposed by the Portuguese club, which gave him "extra holidays": "The industry is about trust. The sacrifices we made may be a key turning point in the deal. They recommended him to Real Madrid, made headlines, and even mentioned Manchester United, but there was a promise with Arsenal since day one. Yorkes have always believed in Hassan Chetinkaya's plan and they agreed to go to a less-exposure league, such as the Portuguese league, to win the championship and return to the Premier League."
