In recent years, ultramicro semiconductors (AMD) have gradually caught up with Intel and NVIDIA, especially the market share of data center processors (CPUs) has gradually invaded Intel's market share. Market analysts have a view recently that AMD GPUs are expected to be NVIDIA in the future in artificial intelligence (AI).

Wccftech reports that in addition to NVIDIA, AMD is the only manufacturer that sells game products and enterprise-level computing GPUs at the same time, and can profit from demands that NVIDIA cannot meet customers or provide. AMD's stock price appreciated strongly in June, with a surge of 28%.

The stock price is impressive, and AMD recently sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents reveal the compensation plan of the executive and other senior executives. The list includes executive director Su Zifeng, financial president Jean Hu, and technical president Mark Papermaster, etc.

Suzifeng's salary starts at $1.32 million from July 1, becoming the highest-paid director at AMD, with a US$33 million equity bonus, which is the average closing price of AMD's 30-day period on August 15. In addition to basic salary, Su Zifeng also has 75% performance-based restricted stocks (PRSUs) and 25% time-based stock options. PRSUs is based on AMD's share price performance from August 15 to August 15, 2028, and AMD 2027 annual profit.

Other senior executives are paid, technical director Mark Papermaster is the second highest, with a base salary of $870,000 and a equity bonus of $10 million. Financial Chief Jean Hu awarded $800,000 in salary and $8.5 million in equity.
